What is the minimum age to be eligible for a unit?

55+

Are the units pet friendly?

Yes they are and we have a dog park (some restrictions may apply).

​

Am I responsible for the maintenance on my unit, bins or village gardens?

No you are not, you are only responsible for cleaning inside your unit and your courtyard. The bins are taken out weekly and we have gardeners in fortnightly to maintain village gardens.

Is there any up front costs when moving in?

The is only a standard bond of 4 weeks and 2 weeks rent.

Can I bring my own furniture?

Yes, our units are unfurnished and require your own furniture however we can provide you with an Air Fryer/ Glass portable convection oven, Microwave, Bar Fridge and Gas Heater.

How long can I stay in my unit?

To start we offer a 12mth lease with the option to renew every 12 months.

​

Can I have visitors and access to support workers to my unit?

Yes, you can. We welcome all visitors, careers and support groups (inc. meals on wheels)

Is there a stove or oven in the unit and what appliances can I use in the kitchenette?

No there is not. Approved cooking appliances supplied by Sunrise (Air fryer/ Glass portable convection oven and Microwave) kettles, toasters, Sandwich press and slow cooker (please ask if appliance you would like to use is not on the list)

Are the units wheelchair and walker accessible?

Yes they are.

​

What is included in rent?

Water and Water supply, Access to the common area with a library, computer and TV and Access to the laundry with 3 washers and dryers.
